With effect from 1 September 2014 HMRC  implemented rules that require all Scheme Administrators to meet “fit and proper person” criteria. These bulletins outline the changes. One version of the bulletin is appropriate for Scheme Trustees and one is appropriate for Scheme Administrators.

The Budget last week announced some radical changes to the pensions regime, some of which are planned to take effect by the end of March 2014. This bulletin outlines the changes and lets you know how they could affect you.
