Our selection centres use a multi-method approach to assess each candidates performance. A multi method approach means that candidates will engage in a variety of exercises and during each exercise they will be observed by a different observer. The observations and subsequent decisions are based on competencies and their relevant behaviour cues which will have been agreed and endorsed within your organisation (see Competency Profiling). This approach ensures a fair and unbiased approach to selection - based on hard evidence and facts, and avoids costly hiring mistakes.
