Nicola has been with Xafinity Skillbase since 1991 and is one of our lead training and development consultants. She has a background as a human resource trainer and has a deep commitment to the development of participants’ talents and skills Nicola has experience in designing and delivering a wide variety of management and leadership programmes in both the public and private sector.
