For the past six years Xafinity Skillbase has been the sole provider of training in support of the OGC Gateway™ initiative.

The portfolio of work for senior civil servants, team leaders and members across both central civil government and the wider public sector, is extensive. We have also provided consultancy services and created a website to support general and remote learning. This learning includes design, testing and delivery of a range of training interventions around the specific requirements of leadership, change and managing workloads.

To date, Xafinity Skillbase has delivered in excess of 600+ events for more than 6,500 public sector employees. Evaluations scores are 97% throughout the whole delivery schedule, demonstrating commitment to excellences.
