In August 2009, Xafinity Skillbase were awarded a contract to design and deliver for the ODA a variety of “Knowledge Nuggets”. Xafinity Skillbase responded quickly and designed a menu of short “bite size” events which were driven by the business need to change the way learning and development was offered in the organisation.  The nuggets were concise in duration, yet broad in content, and enabled the participants to enjoy the benefit of these developmental programmes without major impact to their day to day business commitments.
