Since 1996, the role of Xafinity Skillbase has evolved with the needs of Edexcel.

Initially providing a range of personal skills training programmes for managers and professionals, Xafinity Skillbase also supported Edexcel in numerous business initiatives, helping develop their competency framework and performance management process.

Xafinity Skillbase designs and delivers a range of management development programmes on influencing, negotiating and business writing skills. We have also developed and are delivering a range of creative ‘bite-size’ learning events on leadership, change, communication and customer care. These initiatives are short, sharp and practical 2-3 hour events, delivered in close collaboration/jointly with departments and/or functions within the business.
