Director - Public Sector

Sian is the Envision Partnership Director responsible for delivery of services to NHS Pensions – the authority in charge of the largest pension scheme in Europe.  

Her role is to oversee Xafinity Paymaster’s provision of a robust infrastructure to support 1.4m NHS scheme members through the lifecycle of their pension.  

Working as part of a partnership programme, Sian ensures IT platforms and processes meet the NHSP’s objectives of high quality, efficiency and excellence in member and employee communication and services, both now and for the future.  

Sian’s expertise in operational management and technical consultancy arises from a range of high profile roles in the financial services sector.  She held a number of senior roles at Hazell Carr, including Chief Operating Officer and Head of Employee Benefits, supporting in excess of 10,000 pension arrangements with assets exceeding £1.1 billion.  Prior to that, Sian worked for a financial services software specialist with responsibility for the delivery of multi-million pound implementation projects, and held a range of operational management roles at the life office CIS.  

Sian believes that intelligent use of systems and processes form the cornerstone of successful and effective operations.
