Solutions & Projects Director 

Sian is responsible for delivery of strategic programmes for Xafinity Paymaster.  Her remit ranges from system strategy, transition and implementation, through to delivery responsibility for some of our largest clients, including NHS Pensions – the authority in charge of the largest pension scheme in Europe. Our overarching strategic objectives are to ensure that platforms and processes meet our customers’ requirements for high quality, efficiency and excellence in member and employee communication and services, both now and for the future.  

Sian’s expertise in operational management, transition management and technical consultancy arises from a range of high profile roles in the financial services sector.  She held a number of senior roles at Hazell Carr, including Chief Operating Officer and Head of Employee Benefits, supporting in excess of 10,000 pension arrangements with assets exceeding £1.1 billion.  Prior to that, Sian worked for a financial services software specialist with responsibility for the delivery of multi-million pound implementation projects, and held a range of operational management roles at the life office CIS.
