Chief Operating Officer

Nicola is responsible for the implementation and delivery of pensions, payroll and annuity administration services to Xafinity Paymaster’s clients.

Her role is to ensure an operational infrastructure which enables the highest standards of customer care, covering systems, compliance and staff performance.

Nicola has a proven track record of large scale operational management in both the public and private sector.  She joined from Hewlett Packard where she held a number of senior UK and worldwide positions including Managing Director for UK Public Sector Outsourcing and European VP for Managed Services.

Having started her career in the Civil Service in 1978, her wealth of experience includes many years as a pension scheme trustee and member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
