Keith has over 31 years experience in pensions.

He began his pensions career with NPI in 1972. During his time there he performed various roles including the provision of advice to clients at both head office and branch level.

He joined Swiss Life (UK) Group in 1980 and ultimately became Pensions Manager. During his time with Swiss Life Keith was heavily involved in public speaking on both the UK and international Pensions circuit on matters such as UK pension scheme design and the impact on UK schemes of the introduction of Personal Pensions.

In 1991 Swiss Life established a pensions management service company, which later became Invicta Ltd and as Director of Client Services he was responsible for the management of the companies external relationships with clients, regulators, IFAs and the marketplace. In particular he was instrumental in the establishment of a customer focussed approach to service delivery.

Keith joined Hogg Robinson in 1994, to establish an employee benefit centre of excellence providing consulting, pensions administration, actuarial and financial service advice. Subsequently he set up Hogg Robinson’s outsourcing centre in London where he showed a particular flair for the successful transition of staff and operations, following major outsourcing contract wins. Keith is responsible for Xafinity Paymaster's Annuities and Public Sector Payroll Business, covering Service Delivery, Account Management and Product Development.
