Dealing with Disputes

This Pensions Club will include discussion on what actions the Pensions Regulator expects when disputes unfortunately arise, as well as discussing the learning points from recent pensions ombudsman cases. We will look at practical instances of what happens when things go wrong, and how this could have been prevented. As such, this Pensions Club will be of interest to all people involved in the world of pensions

Investments

In the November Pensions Club we will discuss our latest thoughts and ideas on pension scheme investments, for both defined benefit and defined contribution pension schemes. We will also work through how an example scheme could benefit from a change in strategy, for example to better manage risk.
