Stuart graduated in 1985 with a degree in Economics and Business Administration from University of Wales, Cardiff, before beginning his career in pensions at an insurance company. He then moved into consultancy, later joining the Consulting arm of Sedgwick (now Mercer HR Consulting), and then moving to Xafinity in 1996.

Stuart heads our office in London in addition to working with certain clients as the senior lead consultant.  He is an Associate of the Pensions Management Institute, IMC & FPC, and has considerable experience in both Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution arrangements and is a proficient communicator when dealing with both clients and schemes members.
