Head of DC Solutions 

Head of DC Solutions, Ken has responsibility for the development and management of Defined Contribution (DC) pension solutions for Xafinity Consulting. 

During his fourteen years at Xafinity, Ken has been deeply involved in DC both from appraising provider options to formulating bespoke solutions for clients. His specialism is in helping employers, trustees and governance committees establish, review and manage DC solutions. He believes that a key objective is always to ensure that the solution adopted, where appropriate, facilitates the effective engagement with members, helping them to comprehend and manage the risks they face. 

A graduate of the University of Birmingham, Ken joined Xafinity in 1997. Ken is somewhat unique in that as well as being a Fellow of the Pensions Management Institute, he also holds the Investment Management Certificate and the Diploma in Financial Planning; thus enabling him to apply technical, investment and financial advisory knowledge to any given situation, ensuring holistic joined-up DC solutions are consistently deployed.
