Bernard manages the Reading based consultancy and actuarial services provided to Trustee bodies and to companies. Bernard is an experienced consultant specialising in the design of defined benefit and defined contribution pension schemes and with skills covering a full range of employee benefits.

He has been in the pensions and employee benefit industry since 1969 and with Xafinity Consulting since 1980. He is Xafinity Consulting's representative on industry bodies dealing with risk benefits and is a regular platform speaker on pensions related subjects.
