Marketing Director

Pat is a Fellow of the Pensions Management Institute, an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute and MBA. He joined in 1999 and has responsibility for marketing across the whole Xafinity group in addition to his consultancy work. Pat, a highly experienced consultant, has provided advice on pension and employee benefit issues to a significant number of the UK's largest companies.

He is a regular speaker and writer on pensions and related issues, with his particular specialities being in the areas of strategic benefit consultancy and the design of company defined contribution arrangements.
