Having begun his career as a consulting actuary, Lyndon started his own business in the 1990s, which was subsequently bought by a major plc. 

Lyndon joined Xafinity Consulting in 2008 as a result of the acquisition of Hazell Carr, where he was head of Defined Benefit pension services.

Over the years, he has been responsible for advising a broad range of clients. Lyndon's current responsibilities include being scheme actuary to a number of major clients and he is involved with product and business development, ensuring that services offered add value.
