Jim is an Associate of the Pensions Management Institute, and the Chartered Insurance Institute.

He joined Xafinity Consulting in 1997 and has responsibility for The Legal Group, Investment Consulting and Healthcare practices along with the actuarial and general consulting business in Reading.

Jim also provides consulting advice to a number of major clients.
