Finance Director

James joined Xafinity Consulting in 1985 and with the assistance of a small team in Reading, is responsible for all financial aspects of the business. This includes financial planning (e.g. forecasting, annual budgets and the Strategic Marketing Plan [SMP]) and reporting, balance sheet and debtor management, as well as obtaining annual audit sign off to our statutory accounts. He is also responsible for FSA Compliance.
