To enable the pensions administration operation to continue in the event of disasters such as flood, terrorism or fire we are able to offer a Disaster Recovery service.  This is available to Compendia clients who manage their own hardware and is automatically available as part of our Hosted Service offering.

The service provides a mechanism for regaining temporary access to data with users connecting remotely via the Internet to a copy of the client’s database and system, operating on equipment provided and managed by us.  This provides excellent performance over a secure connection.

We can also provide an operational service quickly and efficiently by re-loading a client's database and system backups into a secure environment, without involving third parties, and using our extensive system expertise to make the recovery process as smooth as possible.
