Product and Consultancy Director

Tony is responsible for ensuring that Claybrook’s product direction is aligned with client, industry and legislative requirements. Tony heads a team of product managers and consultants, each expert in their area of speciality, who are responsible for identifying and leading product enhancements.

Tony’s team also provide consultancy into client projects to provide guidance on achieving best practice, optimum use of our systems and maximising productivity benefits.

Tony has 25 years experience in the life and pensions industry gained within management consultancy, administration and life offices. Since joining Xafinity Claybrook in 1996, his roles have included defined contribution product development and account management of large corporate clients.
