Sales and Marketing Director

Mark joined Xafinity Claybrook in February 2007 and is responsible for formulating and delivering strategies to accelerate business growth.

Mark has over 15 years experience working for software and services businesses, with a reach covering the UK and Europe. Before joining the pensions software division of the Xafinity Group, Mark was General Manager of the secure messaging business at Hays DX. His previous HR & payroll experience includes Sales and Marketing Director roles at meta4 and ADP.

He has extensive experience and knowledge of payroll and HR software, BPO and IT security, working within both the private and public sectors.
