Our product and service is designed to make your life easier. We have listened to advisers and designed a flexible SIPP that provides value for money and excellent customer service. As part of our service, we provide you with the following. Text in this colour refers to the SimplySIPP.

• Access to SIPP Centre - Our secure online portal providing you with access to all the up to date information and tools you need to advise your clients.
• A named consultant you can contact directly - We will do our best to ensure that all your SIPPs are administered by the same team of administrators and we will provide you with a named consultant responsible for all of your SIPPs.
• Published service levels - We are committed to providing you with excellent customer service and our service levels are available in our SIPP Centre.
• Access to an online funds supermarket - We have teamed up with leading fund supermarket Fundsdirect to provide you with online access to over 2,000 funds and shares with specially negotiated discounts. These include a wide range of investment trusts, unit trusts, funds and shares in OEICs.
• A panel of discretionary managers - We are setting up agreements with some of the leading discretionary fund managers, providing you with easy access to a range of fully managed investment services.
• Access to basic funds - These are very low cost funds that might be suitable for any part of your clients' assets that you do not plan to manage on a day-to-day basis. Most are index-tracking funds.
• Online illustrations- Our fully featured illustration engine allows you to create illustrations for your clients as needed.
• A wide and flexible investment choice- In addition to regular investments, we also allow investment in more specialised assets such as those listed below.
  • Contracts for difference
  • Traded endowment policies
  • Hedge funds
  • Venture capital trusts
  • Unquoted shares
  • Futures and Options

Investing in specialised assets can involve extra conditions and we may need to investigate whether the planned assets can be held by the SIPP before allowing the client to proceed. Specialised assets of this nature are not available to the SimplySIPP.

You will be able to access the Xafinity SIPP Centre once you sign up your first client.

Our SIPP Centre puts all the key data needed for the management of your client’s SIPPs at your fingertips. The portal also provides you with the following features:

• Sign-up new business through an online application form.
• Produce online illustrations and print off Key Features.
• Access the Fundsdirect fund supermarket.
• View the latest asset valuations for your clients.
• Raise administration requests.

SIPP Centre also allows your clients to logon and access their own data.

Our online calculators allow you to carry out new business and drawdown illustrations.

The main features of the illustration engine are:

• Pre-retirement fund roll-up, with allowance for escalating contributions.
• A test against projected Lifetime Allowance.
• Allowance for chosen investment split.
• Projected annuity, Tax Free Cash and residual annuity.
• Results in absolute terms and "real" inflation adjusted terms.
• Full allowance for product charges / Adviser costs.
• Income withdrawal illustrations with the same features as above but focusing specifically on income withdrawal.
• Min / max GAD limits.
• Required income calculation.

We have arranged for a number of fund managers to provide a selection of their unit trusts and OEIC funds to members of our SIPP. The aim is to offer you a straightforward investment for SIPP assets that you do not need to manage actively, at very low cost.

Here are the most important features of Basic Funds:

• There is one fund from each of a number of different sectors, including the major international equity markets.
• Most funds are index-tracking funds, giving a focus on general market exposure rather than selection of a particular fund manager
• These are supplemented by funds covering sectors where index-tracking is not generally available
• There are no initial charges, and highly competitive annual fund management charges of between 0.2% and 0.35%
• No other charges, except for the general administration charges for your SIPP

The current fund managers are Nowich Union, Legal and General and HSBC.

If you would prefer to use a discretionary manager to manage some of the assets in the SIPP, we are happy to accommodate you. We are happy to work with any discretionary manager of your choice, subject to their signing an agreement. To make your life easier, we are setting up agreements with a number of leading discretionary managers.
