Hazell Carr developed from a specialist provider of actuarial education and training to become a market-leader in the provision of interim actuarial resource. Our resourcing team provides highly skilled and qualified interim resource to Life Offices, Insurers and Consultancies for special projects and other short-term resource needs. The nature of the work we undertake means that our staff meet a variety of client needs, including:
- Delivering and managing special projects
- Assisting BAU teams
- Handling peak-load demands
Our vision is that traditional UK employers of actuaries and student actuaries will continue to use contractors and outsourcers to deal with peak loads for actuarial expertise and the requirement for specialist actuarial skills (rather than employing permanent staff).
