Success at 2012 Complaints Management Forum

Hazell Carr, part of the Equiniti Group, showcased its complaints handling solution at this year's Complaints Management Forum, which was held in London.
The conference offered insight and guidance for Complaints Directors leading their organisations through recent industry transitions.
Topics including complaints root cause analysis, and the shift to a one stage complaints handling process came under the microscope, and delegates also had the opportunity to hear customer case studies from L&G and HSBC.
The Equiniti Group’s complaint handling software was also showcased for the first time in a series of demonstrations by our consultants.
