We would be interested to hear from contractors available to join a range of PPI complaint handling assignments. Previous experience of reviewing complaints within a financial services environment is required, and specific experience of dealing with PPI would be preferred. The ability to work in a pressurised project environment and deliver results against challenging targets is paramount and strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are a must.
Duration 3 – 6 months.
