We have two main sources of technical specialists:
- Staff: over 300 people, most of whom are customer service, compliance or administrative specialists.
- Contractors and Associates: an expanding network of highly qualified, Hazell Carr approved consultants, including many fully qualified actuaries and compliance experts who have worked with us for a number of years across a diverse range of assignments.
Our resource pool contains experts from a diverse range of backgrounds, including complaint handling, customer services, life office finance, pensions, process documentation, system migration and training.
