Principal
Fiona has fourteen years experience of pension scheme management and joined HR Trustees in 2001. Prior to joining HR Trustees Fiona worked both as a Company Secretary and as an “in house” pensions manager.
Fiona acts as the Trusteeship Manager for a portfolio of schemes that include ongoing arrangements and schemes in winding up; both money purchase and final salary arrangements. Fiona’s experience includes knowledge of the Financial Assistance Scheme and the Pensions Protection Fund. Her experience is predominantly in small to medium size pension funds and covers a wide variety of issues including scheme valuations, negotiations with the Pensions Regulator, benefit audits, data audits, data cleansing and GMP equalisation.
Amongst other appointments, Fiona is involved in the trusteeships of the Crabtree, IMG, Hoverspeed, Wembley1989, Arcolectric and Johnston Management Holdings.
In addition to her scheme responsibilities, Fiona has responsibility for the management of our support team, personnel and resources.
Fiona qualified as a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA) and is an Associate of the Pensions Management Institute (APMI).
