Pension
We operate a Stakeholder Pension Scheme, which combines with the State Second Pensions Scheme (known as S2P) to provide you with an income in retirement. The amounts paid by you and the Company are service related.
In the event of your death in service, we also offer life assurance that provides valuable security for your dependants in the form of a tax free cash payment of up to four times your basic salary.
Bonus
The Company operates an annual discretionary Bonus Scheme for all staff based on Corporate performance and personal objectives.
Holiday
We offer 23 days holiday rising to 25 after two years of service, however as we offer Flexible Benefits, you are able to buy or sell holiday to suit your personal situation.
