Our recruitment process currently consists of four stages and at every stage we ensure that all applications are dealt with in a fair, respectful and effective way. We hope that during the recruitment process we will have the opportunity to get to know more about you and, likewise, you will have the opportunity to get to know more about working for Xafinity and what we have to offer.
- Stage 1
The first stage in applying for a job with us is to search for a suitable vacancy. Once you have found a position that matches your skills and experience, you should then use the apply button and complete the on-line application form. There may be some minimum criteria to meet first. We will then confirm receipt of your application by email.
- Stage 2
Once your application is received it will be reviewed against the entry criteria. Your application will be handled professionally according to best practice and our commitment to equal opportunities.
- Stage 3
If your application is successful, you will be invited to attend an interview. Interviews last approximately one hour and are held with a relevant Line Manager.
- Stage 4
After your first interview we will endeavour to notify you within five working days as to whether you have been successful or not. If you have been successful we will then advise you of the next stage which is likely to be a further one hour interview with a Senior Manager or suitable person.
