Actuarial students are encouraged to study for the actuarial examinations. We will provide you with up to 40 days of paid study leave each year, as well as meeting the cost of subscription, tuition courses and examinations. A qualified actuary will be assigned as your mentor to offer support and guidance whenever you need it.
In addition, we provide a series of in-house and external training courses that are tailored to the needs of each individual employee.

We are looking to recruit independent self-starters with a good academic record, strong communication skills and the potential to deliver excellent service to our clients.
We expect a good honours degree ideally in maths, economics or a science-based subject. However, we urge applicants from all backgrounds to apply. Of equal importance as academic ability, is self-confidence, communication and organisational skills.
