Initially, candidates will be invited to an interview at one of our offices. If you are successful at this stage, you will be asked to attend a two-day residential selection centre. Here, you will participate in group and individual activities as well as completing numerical and analytical tests. The selection centre enables us to identify the individuals most suited to a career at Xafinity Consulting and they will be asked to join us, starting in October.
