Who are Xafinity Consulting looking for?
The industry is becoming more dynamic, and we are looking to recruit graduates who have the ability to deliver excellent service to our clients. Personal attributes, such as communication and organisation skills, are extremely important and in terms of academic success we are looking for graduates with a good honours degree in Maths, Economics or a science-based subject.

Every actuarial trainee is appointed a qualified actuary as his or her dedicated mentor. In addition, a series of in-house and external training programs are provided, tailored to the needs of each individual employee.
