Chief Executive Officer, Xafinity Limited
Tim has extensive public and private sector experience and has an excellent track record in building strong and successful businesses.
Previously he was Senior Vice President and Managing Director of the Security Division as well as a member of the Group Executive Board of Thales Group (Paris) – a global electronics and services company. In this role he led a worldwide team of 6,000 employees responsible for over 1bn euros of sales, delivering double digit growth.
Tim is also an Independent Non-Executive Director of Camelot, a position he has held since 2002. He is a member of the Association of Oxfam and in this capacity sits on the Audit Committee of Oxfam.
Previously Tim was CEO of DCS Group a FTSE 250 Information Systems and Outsourcing company. He was also Chairman of a European Commission Board on Civil Security and Non-Executive Director of NASDAQ - listed Nice Systems. Tim began his career at IBM in a variety of roles before he was appointed Director in 1994. Tim has worked and lived in the USA, Hong Kong and Paris and is now based at Xafinity headquarters in Reading.
