Non Executive Director, Xafinity Holdings Limited

Sir Nicholas Montagu joined the Xafinity Holdings Limited Board in November 2005, previously he was a former Chairman of the Inland Revenue (1997-2004), where he oversaw changes on an unparalleled scale. As well as leading the drive to make the Revenue more focussed on its customers' needs, Nick also introduced a rigorous system of governance on Turnbull lines, leading the way for the rest of government to follow suit.

He has long and deep experience of government and regulation at the highest levels, having held senior posts in Social Security, Transport and the Cabinet Office.

Since retirement, Nick has been appointed to the PricewaterhouseCoopers' Corporate Finance Advisory Board.
