Our Name

Xafinity is derived from the word ‘affinity’: a close connection marked by community of interests or similarity in nature or character, an inherent similarity between persons and things. In chemistry it is an attraction or force between particles that causes them to combine.

The meaning behind the name reflects the way we work with our customers. It shows that we have an affinity with our customers and their business, and demonstrates that we bring them something extra: we add value.

How do you say it? The ‘X' should be used as you would when saying: xylophone and xanadu. The word itself is pronounced: "Za-fin-it-e".
